BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie entered into a contract with Facilities Contracting, LLC in December of 2025 to expand the existing maintenance and storage building at Erie Community Park. Construction is currently underway on the structure.
Minor unanticipated additional expenses may occur through the course of construction. This contingency amendment will allow change orders for additional services to be executed in a timely manner and keep the project progressing on schedule.
