STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Board of Commissioners approve the resolution providing for supplemental appropriations for the 2026 budget year.

BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority adopted the 2026 Budget on Nov. 18, 2025. The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority approved the Rollover Supplemental Budget on March 24, 2026. The purpose of the Spring Supplemental appropriation is to budget for items that were not included in the annual budget.
