STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution 25-130 to appoint Shannon Dodge and Dan Weed to the Board of Adjustment and Appeals.

SUMMARY/KEY POINTS
The Board of Adjustments was expanded to include Board of Appeals with Ordinance 25-010 passed by Council on April 22, 2025. Currently there are two vacancies on the board that need to be filled. The Building Department has recommended Shannon Dodge and Dan Weed to fill the vacancies. Their applications are attached.
