SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Staff has prepared a new Annual Report for the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority (TOEURA), highlighting activities completed during that fiscal year, including the repayment status of existing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Reimbursement Agreements, grants and incentive programs, new business openings, and financial data showing basic revenues, expenses and fund balances for each of the existing Plan Areas.
Following the presentation, this report will be posted to the TOEURA page of the Town of Erie website.
