SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On June 12, 2022, the Board of Trustees Approved the Award of a Consultant Contract to Wold Architects and Engineers for the Town Hall Expansion Design. At the May 9, 2023, Board Meeting, the Board approved the first amendment to the Town Hall Expansion Design agreement. On Sept. 12, 2023, the Board approved the award of the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) agreement to Fransen Pittman Construction. On Sept. 26, 2023, the Board approved the First Amendment to the CMaR Contract and on Oct 24, 2023, the Board approved the Second Amendment to the CMaR Contract. On Nov 14, 2023, the Board approved the Third Amendment to the CMaR Contract. On June 25, 2024, the Council approved the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Wold Architects and Engineers for design for the unfinished space in the Garden Level of the Town Hall Addition.
