SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Teresa Ablao was appointed Presiding Municipal Court Judge April 9, 2019. Judge Ablao’s last compensation increase occurred during her re-appointment on April 13, 2021, at such time the rate was set at $2,100 per month.
After reviewing the Municipal Court Judge compensation rates for similar local municipalities, Municipal Court staff has determined that $2,500 per month is comparable.
