SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Town staff identified areas of the municipal code in Title 10 that need to be amended to clarify home occupations, the definition of family, and applicability of development standards as well as alignment with HUD standards.
The Planning Commission considered the draft ordinance at its April 17, 2024, meeting and voted unanimously to recommending the Town Council approve the Ordinance. There were no public comments.
