SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Leadership from ALLO Communications will join the Town Council for a Study Session to review what led to their subcontractor hitting a Town waterline and describe what operational changes they have implemented to prevent any similar incidents from occurring. ALLO will also provide a general update on the installation of fiber communication lines in Erie and a timeline for installing new lines in light of their operational changes.
