Approve Resolution 24-036 to update the Boards and Commissions Code of Conduct Policy to replace all references to Board of Trustees to Town Council and Town Administrator to Town Manager.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On Nov. 7, 2023, the registered electors of the Town of Erie approved the Town of Erie Home Rule Charter which changes the form of the Town’s governing body from a Board of Trustees to a Town Council and the title of the Town Administrator to Town Manager. Approving this Resolution will update the Boards and Commissions Code of Conduct Policy adopted on August 22, 2023, to reflect these changes. It will also correct some errors in the current version of the Policy.
