SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The selection committee would like to provide you with an update regarding the creation of the Community Task Force. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of interest from our community who wished to participate. We received 70 applications! While excited, the amount of applications to review necessitated the need to revise our timeline.  Each application is being reviewed by a 3 person Panel, Alicia Melendez, HR Director for the Town, Sara Loflin, Trustee and Justin Brooks Erie community member.  Each candidate is being rated on a 5 point scale by each panel member into a software application.  The software will calculate the combined scores and rank of each candidate. The selection committee will recommend the Board of Trustees appoint the top 9 candidates.
